Special bus adapters can be used as integrated media converters changing from fiber optic cables to copper cables. Each adapter offers two types of sockets for fiber optic cables supporting SC-RJ or LC plugs. Sockets for RJ45 plugs or FastConnect technology for copper cables are suitable.
