The Allen-Bradley 20-HIM-A6 User Interface Module (HIM) is an advanced NEMA 1 type interface. This HIM offers a full numeric keypad with dynamic soft keys and a flashing LCD screen, which significantly improves interaction with the prime mover. The device supports various languages, including European, English and Asian, including but not limited to English, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Dutch.
The 20-HIM-A6 module is mounted on the drive frame located on the front panel. It can be connected to either drive port 1 for full interface integration or drive port 2 on the bottom of the panel, especially for the PowerFlex 750 and PowerFlex 7.
The 20-HIM-A6 supports the Drive Peripheral Interface (DPI) protocol at 125 Kbps or 500 Kbps. Its power consumption is 140 mA with a 12 V DC power supply supplied by the drive.
Thanks to new menu structures that contribute to increased operational efficiency. Dynamic softkeys adapt their functions based on the current state of the drive or information displayed. The interface also features a configurable process monitor that displays a list of monitored parameters.
