The Schneider Electrics ATV630 – ATV630D45N4 drive provides reliable performance for pump control and protection. The new series can increase productivity and uptime by up to 20%, while optimizing and reducing energy consumption by up to 30%. Integrated STO and Safe Torque Off (SIL3) ensure stable and trouble-free performance. The converter is equipped with 3 analog inputs, 8 digital inputs and 2 analog outputs, 3 relay outputs. The new generation has built-in Modbus/TCP communication, Modbus serial port.

The Altivar Process ATV600 Series Drives with Integrated Services are the next generation of drives offering the benefits of IIoT. EcoStruxure-enabled smart network drive with built-in IIOT – enterprise-level intelligence primarily for data collection and information sharing.

The range of the output frequency from 0.1 to 500 Hz gives great possibilities of adjusting the operating speed. In the event of an overload, the device is extremely efficient – during normal operation it can withstand up to 110% for 60 seconds and in heavy duty mode up to 150% for 60 seconds (with one power class derating).
