SINAMICS G120 CU240E-2 DP-F Series Special Control Unit – 6SL3244-0BB13-1PA1 optimized for standard applications not beyond the scope of general mechanical engineering, a unit with an extensive I/O structure designed for encoderless applications with safety requirements. The control unit is responsible for controlling and monitoring the power modules and the connected motor using several types of closed-loop control that can be selected individually. It also supports communication with a local or central controller and other monitoring devices. The I/O interface and fieldbus interfaces by additional functions applied in the software are optimally adapted for the application.
The control unit can also perform other tasks that can be tailored to the corresponding application by parameterizing it. Several control units with different functions are available for the SINAMICS G120. Thanks to its modular concept, the system is extremely flexible and economical to maintain and offers ease of installation, commissioning and operation. Units do are available not only in low- and medium-voltage versions, but also in high-voltage versions.
